Military Prosecutor Doberman is a military-based drama. It is the story of Do Bae Man (Ahn Bo Hyun) who becomes a military prosecutor to get wealth and fame. Meanwhile, Cha Woo In (Jo Bo Ah) is a daughter of a chaebol family and works as a rookie military prosecutor. She is very confident and has wonderful fighting as well as investigation skills.

Do Bae Man is a troublemaker and has always been expelled from high school. His parent died in a car accident. However, after that, he still manages to pass the bar exam. Because he was a high school dropout so interviewers and fellow candidates always look down on his qualification. As a result, he failed all the interviews. One day he meets Yong Moon Gu who is the managing partner at Law and One. Moon Gu has done background checks on Bae Man and he offers a military prosecutor job to Bae Man. At first Bae Man was declining his offer but Moon Gu told him that he can earn five times the salary of a typical lawyer, along with a ten percent commission. After listing Moon Gu’s offer he couldn’t refuse the offer. Not only that he also promises that if he serves as a military prosecutor for five years then will he get a job at Law and One.

Cha Woo In is a rookie military prosecutor. She is very enthusiastic and righteous about her work. She annoyed her senior on the very first day of work when Woo In told him that she is a prosecutor first then a soldier. As a senior Bae Man advised her to keep to the social order and avoid risk otherwise life here might turn into a nightmare. On the same night, Woo In transforms herself into a wig and red lipstick and then entry into the apartment. There she shows her fighting skills and beat them to the last breath. She is hiding her personality from others.

Woo In wants to take revenge on all those people who are involved in killing her father. The only reason why she joined the military is that she wants to destroy them and she can do that with the help of Do Bae Man. Finally, she shows Bae Man who she really is and why he should help her. Only a few days remain for Bae Man’s discharge, but Woo In’s words are not convincing enough to be part of her plan. However, Bae Man eventually realizes his mistake when he was himself a victim of his parent’s accident. No Hwa Young’s finger brings back Bae Man’s forgotten memories. Meanwhile, Hwa Young orders Moon Gu to try every possible way to enlist Tae Nam in the army.

Their first target is Won Ki Choon who is a mine hero and inspiration for everyone but the reality is different. What they were expecting the result was shocking and now they realize that they are fighting with real devils.
