Hoo Joon (Choi Tae Joon) is a popular star whereas Geun Young (Soo Young) is a magazine reporter. PD approaches Geun Young for participating in a reality show where she has to live with Hoo Joon. Painful Past:
Hoo Joon is a successful kpop idol with loads of girl fans. Despite this, he is not happy. He is drenched by the pain of his past love.JJ, Oh in Hyung and Joo Hoon were best friends in the past and they were a trainee in the same agency. Oh in Hyung and Joo Hoon were in love. Their friendship broke as JJ started an agency and Joo Hoon refused to join in it, and his love faded up as oh Hyung joined with JJ.
No.1 Anti-fan:
Geun Young was a journalist and crossed paths with Hoo Joon at a party. Both of them misunderstand each other and Geun Young lost her job because of it. She starts hating Hoo Joon and wants to reveal his two faces to society. In this journey, she became popular on social media and people started showering hatred towards her. She was called as No.1 Antifan of Hoo Joon.
So I Married An Anti-Fan:
Hoo Joon and Geun Young were offered a variety show named “so I married an anti-fan” in which they will stay in the same home and get to know each other. Geun Young accepts this offer as she wants to earn a living and she decided she could collect more information about Hoo Joon to tear him up.
Blooming Romance:
Geun Young has nowhere to stay as she can’t pay her rent. So She landed up in Hoo Joon’s penthouse. In the variety show, they started spending more time and they understood the true characters and emotions of each other. Though Hoo Joon still has some feelings for In Hyung, he decides to move on. A beautiful romance starts to bloom between Hoo Joon and Geun young. They both started to date each other secretly. In Hyung started feeling insecure as both Hae Joon and JJ are close to Geun young. JJ loves In Hyung from the start even before Hae Joon and In Hyung developed feelings, JJ loves her wholeheartedly, but his ego and his insecurity and inferiority complex always restrict him to show her love.
Destiny:
Hae Joon was searching for his father who disappeared years before, all he has with him is his father’s ring. His mother always doesn’t pick up his call. So, he felt lonely and got all those love only from Geun Young. Hae Joon’s Manager found out their relationship between Geun Young and Hae Joon. He warned Geun Young to stay at her level and move out of the penthouse. He also said to break up with Hae Joon, as their relationship will only bring downfall to Joon. She started to avoid Hae Joon for his betterment. This separation made them worse, they can’t stay without each other. Hae Joon in front of all his fans disclosed his past life and his relationship. He did this just to live happily with Geun Young. Their love is destined to stay together.

So I married an anti-fan Korean drama that is too good, you will be hooked on it since the first episode. It is a light and cute romantic drama. I don’t know why most of the popular entertainment refused to produce this drama, they have missed the opportunity for a hit! Both the leads beautifully played their role and they were so cute together. Special mention to JJ, he has nailed his role. If you are a fan of Rom-Com, then this is your ideal drama. I highly recommend this drama, start binge-watching!!!
