Lee Min Ki as Han Bi Soo
He is a screenwriter who writes thriller drama stories, is rude, dedicated towards his work, and very much obsessed with cleanliness.
Nana as Oh Joo In
She is an actress popularly known for her Rom-Com dramas. She is kind, hardworking, and bubbly.
Kang Min Hyuk as Jung Yu Jin
He is running an entertainment company in Korea and is a great artist. He is a long-time friend of Oh Joo In and also has a crush on her.
Highlights of the Oh My Landlord Korean Drama
Not So Good Relation:
Han Bi Soo was very strict about his storylines he can’t tolerate when someone tries to change lines or scenes so it becomes difficult to find an actress for the story. Oh Joo In has approached him earlier but he rejected her twice saying that she isn’t perfect for the role. Later, when Han Bi Soo’s director came to know about this, he asked him to convince Oh Joo In for the role or stop the show’s premiere.
Dream Come True:
Oh Joo In’s only dream was to buy her old house for her mother where Han Bi Soo lived. Later Han Bi Soo’s mother sold that house to her to complete his son to live with her. When Oh Joo Ingot her house back, Han Bi Soo lost his comfort zone where he can write peacefully. To complete the script they both come into an agreement with the tenant and landlord.
Rescue
Oh Joo In got a threat through a letter she ignored it but Han Bi Soo was very much concerned about her. He tailed her everywhere even in the award show. In the award show, Oh Joo In’s one of the staff members locked her in the room to destroy her reputation but fortunately, Han Bi Soo was there to rescue her.
Dating:
The thing that Oh Joo In is living with writer Han Bi Soo is out on media and to cover up this news Jung Yu Jin tell that he and Oh Joo In are dating each other. But when Han Bi Soo and Jung Yu Jin both shared their feelings to Oh Joo In she demanded a date from both of them and then she will choose one of them. After the date, she chooses Han Bi Soo.
Weird Behavior:
Since Han Bi Soo find about her mother’s illness from someone else he was depressed and shocked. He started acting weird around everyone and even hurts Oh Joo In. But later he started looking out for her mother, spending time with her, and also taking her out for a meal.
Warning:
Han Bi Soo almost died in an accident but some miracle happens and he woke up from a coma after three days and there was not even a single scratch in his body. Later a man warned him that he has only a few days to live which means he will die soon.
Trip:
Since Han Bi Soo knows that he was about to die, he wants to spend the rest of the time with Oh Joo In and make lots of memories. He also went on a trip with her and write letters to each other which they will get after one year maybe one of them.
Relationship with Parents:
Oh Joo In’s father died when she was young and her mother was ill and was leaving in a nursing home. Oh Joo In loves her mother very much and also takes care of her. Han Bi Soo is close to her mother and gets closer when discovering her mother’s illness. Although he hates his father because he saw him cheating on her mother and recently he finds out that he was his stepfather.
Overall Thought on Oh My Landlord Korean Drama:
I love this drama because the Rom-Com drama is my all-time favorite. Comedy was up to the mark as well as romance. Also, I like the fact Han Bi Soo’s mother took a stand for herself as well as for her child.
