A young man named Dong Baek (Yoo Seung Ho) suddenly emerges in front of the world, stating that he has the ability to scan people’s memories through touch.
As a result, he became an overnight celebrity with people taking an interest in his life. He becomes a detective, using his supernatural ability and he solves various crime cases. Meanwhile, higher officials and media always find a way to put him down by spreading rumors.
Meanwhile, Han Sun Mi (Lee Se Young) is a genius crime profile and a high positioned detective. She has solved various cases with her intellect.
A serial murder case brings Sun Mi and Dong Baek together. Women are kidnapped, tortured, and killed. Baek and Han Sun Mi in their way of finding the murderer and finds the link leading to various mysterious cases. But as they dig deeper into the mystery, the hidden truth about their individual pasts also starts unraveling.

Dong Baek is a 27 yrs old man who is a detective and has the supernatural ability to read people’s memories by touching them but he has an anger issues.

Han Su Min is a 31 yrs old woman and is an elite profiler. Despite of her young age, she got promoted to a very high position and she has cold charisma and calm.

The trio of Dong Baek, Koo Kyung Tan, and Oh Se Hoon are the ultimate best. They bicker continuously, but there are also love and understanding.
Chase Toward Eraser:
As Dong Baek has the ability to scan memories, there is another person who has the ability to erase people’s memories. A serial killer with a twisted view of justice, who punishes only wrongdoers. Dong Baek faces various challenges in finding the serial killer, What comes as a shock is that none of the witnesses have any recollection of how the murder took place hinting that Eraser has the power to erase a person’s memory.
Revealing The Evils:
Eraser leaves hints and trails for the main leads. During the pursuit of Eraser, many other hidden cases of injustice get revealed. All the persons murdered by the killer are evils themselves.
As a result, the evils at the end include corrupt politicians, businessmen, journalists, prosecutors, and police officials who seek personal benefits without valuing human lives. There are many heartbreaking stories of the victims which were shut off because of the interweave if these evils.

Though the Korean drama is devoid of romance, but we get to see an interesting dynamic of the characters. This drama proved to me that even crime thriller can be admirable and engaging.
