Chip-In Korean drama is the story of Bit Na (Kim Hye Jun) is the daughter of a famous painter Yoo In Ho, who owns billions of won in the property. A fierce battle takes place over the property, with Bit Na becoming involved. She tries to figure out the truth about his father’s death.

All the nine people gather at the home of a famous artist Yoo In Ho (Nam Moon Chul) in the hopes of getting his inheritance. All his family members are greedy, and they’re also willing to betray each other for their own benefit.

Kim Hye Joon as Yoo Bit Na
Yoo Bit Na (Kim Hye Joon) is the only child of Yoo In Ho and Kim Ji Hye but she is completely opposite of her mother. She don’t like the fact that her mother uses her to demand money from her father.
Oh Nara as Kim Ji Hye
Kim Ji Hye (Oh Nara) is In Ho’s mistress and Bit Na’s mother. She is materialistic, greedy and entertaining. She met In Ho in her early 20s and got pregnant.
Nam Moon Chul as Yoo In Ho
In Ho is a world-renowned artist. He is a famous and wealthy painter, but he is terminally ill and he is planning his will public on his 58th birthday.
Kim Jung Young as Ji Seol Young
She is In Ho’s his ex-wife and a theater director, but she is currently living with him.

He is In Ho’s step-brother who was just released from prison because he is a scam artist.

Greedy People:
Every character in the Chip-In Korean drama is greedy, and they can even betray each other for their own benefits. Each member from the family to the employee is involved in the crime and murder of In Ho because they all are suspicious. Everyone in this drama has a dark and dirty secret which they want to hide from the world.
Unforgettable Birthday Celebration:
After celebrating In Ho’s birthday, Bit Na waking up her father in the morning, but she discovers his father’s dead body. He was poisoned. After the investigation, police find out that the crime was committed by any family member in the house. From that moment the blame game started everyone dislike each other presence in the house so they start blaming each other.
Finding Murderer:
Every crime was pointing towards Bit Na’s mother and Dok Go Cheol. So Bit Na decides to prove that her mother wasn’t the murderer. After she collects the evidence and discovers a shocking truth about his father’s death; her father’s cancer was cured, and he wasn’t terminally ill.
Bit Na and Sun Team up:
The girl’s team-up, so they can find the murder of In Ho. They start their investigation, with the help of a social media account which is set up by Sun. She has uploaded all the pictures and videos of the In Ho’s birthday in her account. Netizens give a lot of clues and then after that our girls act on them.
Sleeping Pill Mystery:
All credit goes to Sun’s because she takes selfies all day around the house, she has some video footage of that day and thanks to netizen’s clue. The girls find out that who give sleeping pills to In Ho. Bit Na’s mother gives one sleeping pill to In Ho. One pill Sun’s father Dokko Chul gave, In-ho’s friend Jeong Wook crushed a pill into his burdock tea, Mrs. Park blended one pill into his birthday soup and last Hae Joon added one pill in the chocolate which he gifted to his uncle.
Hae Joon’s Unforgettable Past:
Fifteen years ago, Hae Joon and his father visited In Ho. Hae Joon stays in the car and waiting for his father. While staying the whole day in the car In Ho and his friend Jung Wook dragged out his father’s body and he himself witness this whole thing. Hae Joon finds the recording and knows the truth of his father’s death. Jung Wook is the killer of his father. When Hae Joon knows the truth behind his father’s death, he was broken and wants to take revenge from the Jung Wook.
Revealing The Mastermind:
After revealing the mastermind of this whole murder, to be very honest, I was not shocked, not a little bit. Don’t worry because I’m not going to reveal the mastermind. They have the reason to kill In Ho, but crime is not justified in any case.
Overall Thoughts on Chip-In Korean Drama:
I really enjoy watching this Korean drama there is suspense, mystery, but there are a lot of emotional scenes also especially in the last 2 episodes. I literally cry in the last 2 episodes. In Ho was really a bad person because he considered people his toy and play with their emotions, but still, when he dies, I feel sad and crying. Chip-In Korean drama gives us a life lesson to enjoy your life and don’t waste your precious time on hatred and jealousy. And my favorite characters in Chip-In Korean drama are Bit Na’s mother Kim Ji Hye and the housekeeper lady, Mrs. Park because they are the comedy package of the drama.
I really like how this drama end, because I was not expecting such an ending from this drama everyone resolves their misunderstanding toward each other. Bit Na and Seol Young were also able to resolve their bitterness towards each other, and in the end, Seol Young leaves Bit Na with the wish that enjoy her life, and not waste it in hatred as she did. I highly recommend this drama to everyone.
