Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol Korean Drama is a romantic comedy love story of a girl who doesn’t think about her future, she has very short term goals and a boy who is rebel minded, tough outside but soft inside, and a lot mature irrespective of his age.

Main Characters:

Go Ara as Goo Ra Ra

She was the child of a rich family who doesn’t have faced any difficulties. She is a pianist who doesn’t want to play the piano, she is a kind, cheerful, and emotionally weak.

Lee Jae Wook as Sun Woo Joon

He was kind, helpful, intelligent, and smart. He keeps himself away from sharing his feelings with others because he has his own secrete to keep but feel comfortable while sharing them with Goo Ra-ra.

Kim Joo Hun as Cha Eun Seok

He was kind, handsome, divorced, and a doctor. He is quite talented when comes to playing the piano.

Highlights of Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol Korean Drama

Father-Daughter Relationship:

Goo Ra-ra’s only family is his father. He loved her more than anything else and provide her all the luxury. He insisted she play piano at the age of 4 and she played since then only for the happiness of her father.

Frist Encounter:

It was Goo Ra-ra’s wedding day, she has dressed up in the bride’s clothes and desperately waiting for her father to come. A boy delivers the flower bouquet to her and it was Sunwoo Joon. Later her marriage called off because her father died due to a heart attack and Sunwoo Joon witnessed everything. It was not the first encounter they have met before as well.

Seeking Help:

Goo Ra-ra went bankrupt she is left with her car, dog, and little money which she lost while looking for an apartment. Later she went to a place to visit her fan named Do do sol sol la la sol but ended up getting into an accident with Sunwoo Joon. Later she asked him for money, shelter, and food. Initially, he did that just for the shake of humanity but later he found himself attached to her.

Academy:

Goo Ra-ra decided open a piano academy and named it “La La Piano Land” her first student was Sun Woo Joon and then the doctor Cha Eun-seok who treated her also join her academy. An old man and kiddo also join her.

Confessing:

Sunwoo Joon doesn’t open up but he shares his sad memories with Goo Ra-ra and feels cheerful around her. Cha Eun-seok wants to confess his feelings for Goo Ra-ra but before doing that she rejected him. Later Sunwoo Joon asked her on a date and confess his feelings to her. Sunwoo Joon was a high scholar and he hides that from her. He looking for the right time to reveal his secret.

Kidnapping:

One of Goo Ra-ra’s students Shin Jae-min is going to participate in a competition. On the day of the competition, Ahn Joong-ho (an ex-student of Ra-ra and a stalker) dislocates Shin Jae-min’s hand. Later when everyone is celebrating at the restaurant he kidnaps Ra-ra. He just wants her to pay attention to him and when she denied he hit her. Fortunately, Sunwoo Joon rescued her and got arrested for hitting that bad boy who was badly injured.

Nothing To Hide:

Sun Woo Joon’s mother is searching for him secretly and when he got arrested she got to know where he is hiding. His biggest secrete that he is a 19-year-old high school senior got revealed. His parents dragged him home. He tried to run again from home but Goo Ra-ra convinced him to focus on his studies and they will meet after his exams.

Unwanted Break-up:

After a few months when Sun Woo Joon was done with his exams, he discovered that he has blood cancer. So he intentionally hurt Goo Ra-ra’s feelings and broke up with her. He couldn’t resist his feelings for her and started long-distance dating. He went to the U.S. for his treatment and tell her he is going for studies.

The End:

Sunwoo Joon’s mother tells Goo Ra-ra that he is no more. Everyone is depressed and shade their part of tears. After five years La-la is the most popular piano academy in Eunpo, Dr. Cha Eun-seok is about to marry his ex-wife, and then Sunwoo Joon appears.

Overall Thoughts On Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol Korean Drama:

I am disappointed with the end but the overall drama is good and have fun watching Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol Korean drama. I like two sisters Ra-ra and mi-mi(dog) who look damn cute. Ra-ra’s character was like she is a free soul who doesn’t care much about the future and the best part is she sleeps peacefully whenever she is in tension.

The quad of four ladies oh my god they are super funny and entertaining. That group wishes to get a divorce but couldn’t accept Jin Sook-kyeong she owns Jin’s Beauty Salon and is a single parent.
