Castaway Diva Korean Drama is about a girl who dreams of becoming a famous singer but ends up on a deserted island. She survived there for 15 years alone and was rescued by her childhood friend. Her dream is still the same becoming a famous singer and singing with her favourite singer.

Main Characters:
Park Eun-bin as Seo Mok-ha
Lee Re plays the role of young Seo Mok-ha. Her dream was to sing before her famous singer Yoon Ran-joo and become a singer like her.
Kim Hyo-jin as Yoon Ran-joo
Son Ye-rin plays the role of Yoon Ran-joo. She is a famous singer and a top star. The only weakness she has is that she is way too emotional, and sometimes it becomes her strength too.
Chae Jong-hyeop as Kang Bo-geol / Jung Ki-ho
Moon Woo-jin plays the role of young Kang Bo-geol / young Jung Ki-ho . He is the childhood friend of Seo Mok-ha and a music show producer.
Cha Hak-yeon as Kang Woo-hak / Jung Chae-ho
Kang Tae-ung plays the role of young Kang Woo-hak / Jung Chae-ho. He is the news reporter and brother of Jung Ki-ho

Scary Life:
Seo Mok-ha lives with her dad in a village, and after getting drunk, he used to beat her. She has one dream, and in all this chaos, she finds happiness in her music, but his father hates that. Jung Ki-ho also lived with his father in the same village; his father was a police officer, and he also abused his own child. One day they both called the police about their parent’s behavior, but nothing happened.
Opportunity:
Seo Mok-ha made a fan music video in which Jung Ki-ho helped her, and her voice caught Yoon Ran-jooe’s attention. She wanted to meet her, but Seo Mok-ha’s father was a big problem. Ki-ho helped her escape, but his father caught them and beat Ki-ho. While chasing her daughter, they both fall into the sea and end up on a deserted island, but he dies while Seo Mok-ha survives.
After 15 Years:
Jung Ki-ho was searching for her as a social worker who cleaned a deserted island. One they he went on a deserted island with his team and his older brother accompanied him. They found her on the beach but he didn’t tell her that it was her childhood friend. Meanwhile, she is very eager to meet him she even has 15-year-old shoes given by Jung Ki-ho.
Hiding Truth:
Jung Ki-ho and his family were hiding the truth because the whole family had changed their names to hide from his biological father. 15 years back Jung Ki-ho was living with his father and his older brother was living with his mother because he was injured and admitted to hospital. His father beat him and he lost his memory. Her mother asked Jung Ki-ho whenever you would get a chance to run from there and came to me. Now after 15 years, they are living as a happy family but Kang Woo-hak is not the reality.
Downfall:
Kang Woo-hak secretly brought her to the rooftop and helped her meet Yoon Ran-joo. She is facing a downfall in her career hardly getting any work because she lost her voice back in surgery. Seo Mok-ha met her and sang for her from the backstage, that video went viral.
New Beginning:
After listening to Yoon Ran-joo a TV show decided to call her and this show was led by the Jung Ki-ho team. They both started leaving in rooftop and then there secret got revealed. Yoon Ran-joo apologized in front of everyone and then Seo Mok-ha got a chance to appear on stage.

When Yoon Ran-joo was a top star her manager made her an offer to join his company which hadn’t started. So they both opened a company together and Yoon Ran-joo made a condition that if she sold 20 million albums then a fifty percent share of the company would be hers. But after becoming successful his manager got unsecured so he stopped making her albums. In the end, she gave up on her share in exchange she directed Seo Mok-ha albums.
Everything Solved:
Jung Ki-ho’s father is still searching for his family and when he finds them he tries to get them back. But legally he failed so he tried to kill their new father and then kill himself. His new father survived and they got their names back but of course with a new surname.

This drama is a time watch for me. One lesson you can take from this drama is never to give up and be happy with whatever you have.
