Dr. Romantic Season 3 Korean Drama is about things happening in and around the Doldam Hospital. Dr. Kim Works with his team to save life’s of patients and along with that he deals with other problems at Doldam Hospital.
Main Characters:
Han Seok Kyu as Dr. Kim
His real name is Boo Yong-joo, but everyone calls him Kim Sa-bu. He is the only surgeon in South Korea who achieved triple-board certification in general surgery, cardiac surgery, and neurosurgery. Initially, he was working at one of the biggest hospitals in the country but due to some incident, he isolated himself and later moved to Doldam Hospital and started working as chief surgeon.
Lee Sung Kyung as Cha Eun Jae
She is dating Seo Woo Jin for the last 3 years. She started at Doldam Hospital as a second-year CS fellow she has anxiety and cannot perform any surgery without vomiting. Dr. Kim helped her a lot now she is also a main surgeon and helping others to learn.
Ahn Hyo Seop as Seo Woo Jin
He is a victim of family suicide and struggling in his life doctor Kim helped him and appoint him as a second-year GS fellow. Initially, he took his offer for money but later it became his house. Now he is a more skilled and working main surgeon.
Kim Joo Heon as Park Min Guk
He is a professor of general surgery and after seeing Dr. Kim’s perspective he joined him and became the new director of Doldam Hospital.

In the last two seasons, Dr. Kim started from scratch after being isolated for some time at Doldam Hospital. He makes a team of good people who have the desire to learn he teaches them to become a team of experts. They cry, complain, fight, have anxiety, childhood trauma but Dr. Kim helped them to overcome these issues and make them one team who works together. Park Min Guk became the new director of the hospital and together with Dr. Kim worked on making the trauma center which is almost completed. They hired Dr. Cha who is the father of Cha Eun Jae as head of the trauma center.

The trauma center was about to open and Dr. Cha already playing his game. While working with the team Dr. Kim has formed he realized that they are experts and he wants to take away that team from him. He is a talented only surgeon Dr. Kim is jealous of but his way of working is different from Dr. Kim which creates chaos between the two. Dr. Cha keeps on questioning his decisions.

Lots of different stories going on around and in the hospital be it the love stories between the doctors, military people in the hospital because someone from them tried to kill his people, death of a high school kid whose mother is in charge of the government funding to hospital, and teaching new joiners in the hospital.
Overall Thoughts on Dr. Romantic Season 3 Korean Drama
