Birthcare Center Korean drama is the story of mothers in the postnatal center. Oh Hyun Jin (Uhm Ji Won) is a workaholic woman and she is the youngest executive member of the company. Despite being pregnant, she is working until the day her baby is due. She gives birth to a boy and stays at a postnatal care center. While staying in the center, she meets with other mothers and starts to grow and learn together.

Uhm Ji Won as Oh Hyun Jin
Hyun Jin is the youngest executive in her company whereas the oldest mother in the postnatal center. She is a workaholic woman, that’s why she is working until her baby is due.
Yoon Park as Kim Do Yoon
Kim Do Yoon is the husband of Hyun Jin. He is a very loving and caring husband and father. He is the CEO of an app development startup company.
Park Ha Sun as Cho Eun Jeong
Eun Jeong is the first-class mom in the postnatal center because she breastfeeds twins for 24 months. She is the mother of twins boy and a baby girl.
Jang Hye Jin as Choi Hye Suk
Hye Suk is the director of the Birthcare Center, and she is trusted by every mother in the postpartum center.
Choi Ri as Lee Roo Da
Lee Roo Da is the youngest mother in the postnatal center, and she is the mother of a baby girl. She has her lingerie brand. Roo Da is the only mother in the center who thinks of herself as much as she thinks of her baby.

Birthcare center is the postnatal center where all mothers stay after their post-delivery. The postnatal center helps every mother to grow together. Mothers help each other in there in difficulties and share their thoughts with each other. Hyun Ji is the oldest mother in the center, and she was embarrassed to notice that she is the only mother who is having very difficulties to look after her own baby.
World Of Motherhood:
Motherhood didn’t comes overnight it requires lifetime commitment. In the center there were different mother but they love their child in their own way. Lee Roo Da is the youngest mother in the center she think of her own happiness as much as she think of her baby girl. Meanwhile Hyun Ji wants to do everything for her baby perfectly but every time she fails to do.
Challenges:
In the center, Hyun Jin is trying to make connections with other mothers but all her efforts are waste because that only leads to a negative impression about her. She is very passionate about her work and during her pregnancy, she was only doing the work until her baby is due. When she tells that to other mothers in the center that only lead to a negative impression about her.
Breastfeed her baby Glue Stick is very difficult for her. She wants to breastfeed her but her all attempts are waste and that makes her anxious. Even though she is a workaholic, she still worries about her baby. When she fails in all her attempts, she finally begs Eun Jeong to help her in breastfeeding her baby.
Unconditional Mother’s Love:
Birthcare Center shows the unconditional love of mothers for their children. Even when they want to sleep, they want to take a little rest despite all these things no matter what, they are always there when their child needs them. They didn’t sleep at night just to breastfeed their child. This shows that no matter what but mothers always provides the best for their children. Hyun Ji may not be the perfect mother but still, she is trying her best to do the best thing for her baby no matter what.
Mothers Bonds:
At the starting of the drama, Hyun Ji’s relationship with the other moms is not good, especially with Eun Jeong. Both have a very different opinion from each other. Hyun Ji is a working mother and work always comes first whereas, Eun Jeong is a homemaker and for her, her child always comes first. But later, despite different perspectives, their goal is the same to provide the best for their child. Their relationship changes from enemies to friends and their bond becomes the lifetime bond, not only there but also other mothers bond became the lifetime bond.
Support of Spouse:
Birthcare Center not only shows the motherhood and mother’s unconditional love for their child but also the support of her spouse during the whole process of pregnancy to post-delivery. Do Yoon is a very supportive and understanding husband, he always supports and motivates Hyun Ji whenever she feels depressed. He himself is going through a hard time, his wife’s unpredictable behavior, but still he was trying to understand her situation.

Birthcare Center is a short and beautiful Korean drama. This drama shows the challenges and difficulties mothers face during pregnancy and post-delivery. Birthcare Center Korean drama tells us that “A good mom is not a perfect mom. It’s a mom who is happy along with her child”.
