Find me in your memory is the story of a man Lee Jung Hoon (Kim Dong Wook) is suffering from hyperthymesia, which allows him to remember nearly every moment in his life. Yeo Ha Jin (Moon Ka Young) is an actress and forgets the most important moments of her life.

Jung Hoon works as a popular news anchor at a broadcasting station. He has hyperthymesia, which allows him to remember nearly every moment in his life.

Anchor Jung Hoon:
When he was giving news suddenly the teleprompter stops then everybody gets stressed but he delivered the news with full confidence and without panic. After successfully delivering the news he has to give a week’s interview, where his guest was Chairman Oh Taek Won. In that interview, he brings out the true color of the Chairman that he abused his personal assistant Hwang Seo Hoon, both physically and verbally, for the last three years.
Bright Personality Ha Jin:
Yeo Ha Jin was suiting for a drama which is about to end, in that drama she was playing a negative role. Ha Jin and Go Yoo Ra (Yura) wear the same dress after the little fight Ha Jin decided that she will change her dress. They have to film a scene in which Ha Jin is supposed to throw water on Yu Ra’s face, but without telling Ha Jin she throws water on her face and slapped her, Ha Jin was shocked.
Jung Hoon and Ha Jin First Meeting:
After Jung Hoon week’s interview, the next guest was Ha Jin. Ha Jin’s company was stressed in the interview headed by Hoon’s because in his interview no interviewee can give the answer to his harassed questions and she was the only one who returns happily. She is a positive and optimistic person. After the interview, they have a small meeting, where he misunderstood Ha Jin that she calls his director for the meeting.
Fake Dating:
Some news agencies release the article that Jung Hoon and Ha Jin are dating, on top of that she told that “Anchor Lee and I are getting to know each other”. Jung Hoon was shocked after knowing that. After that article, they make a deal that if Ha Jin’s movie “My First Love” will flop then within two weeks they tell the public that they broke up and if the movie will successful then they need to continue their relationship for two months until her movie stop showing, but the movie was successful so now they need to continue with their fake relationship.
Painful Past Memories:
*SPOILER ALERT* Whenever Jung Hoon was around Ha Jin he remembers his first love Seo Yeon (Lee Joo Bin), then he found out that Ha Jin is his dead girlfriend’s best friend. She forgets her past memories and no one knows about them. She doesn’t even remember who Seo Yeon is *SPOILER END*
Scary Stalker:
After that Ha Jin was encountered a stalker who was following her everywhere and that stalker was sending Jung Hoon’s and Ha Jin’s photos to Jung Hoon in which he destroys Jung Hoon’s pictures. That stalker even enters Ha Jin’s home. Ha Jin forgets about her past memories and now that memories are coming back slowly. Jung Hoon was trying his best so that they both can’t meet with each other, but Ha Jin doesn’t want that, she wants to meet with him and she likes him. He even told her that she will regret it the most.
*SPOILER ALERT* So the stalker was Director Ji Hyun, to be very honest, I was thinking that the stalker is definitely Director Ji because of his creepy eyes. He always stares at Ha Jin with his creepy eyes and is always jealous whenever she is around Jyun Hoon. He is such a psycho director *SPOILER END*
Love Confession:
When everything is going well between Ha Jin and Jung Hoon, then Moon Sung Ho (Joo Suk Tae) comes in front of Ha Jin after that Ha Jin’s lost memory came back and she recalls everything related to Seo Yeon. She decides to break up with Jung Hoon because she thought that she can’t be with her dead best friend’s boyfriend. Jung Hoon was trying his best so that he can be with Ha Jin.
Breakups:
After breaking up with Jung Hoon, she was also in pain and she tells her director that she wants more work so that her mind can be diverted from Jung Hoon. So after so many struggles and pain they finally came together, when she heard that Moon Sung Ho stabbed Jung Hoon. Again they break up, in this drama you people will be witnessed so many breakups. She leaves the country because Korean natives are criticizing both of them. No one wants to work with Ha Jin and Jung Hoon has to resign from his anchor job.
Finally They Meet:
Ha Jin becomes successful in the US and she came back to Korea after 2 years. Jung Hoon was doing his field reporting job. After so many difficulties they again give their relationship another chance. Finally, they started dating again and promise each other that they will be together forever.
Second Lead:
I really like Yeo Ha-Kyung (Kim Seul Gi) and reporter Jo (Lee Jin Hyunk) bond. He even offers his house to both sisters to live in their difficulties. I personally felt bad for both of them that their relationship is totally dependent upon Jung Hoon and Ha Jin’s relationship. Jo Il Kwon is weak so Ha Kyung wants him to become a tough and strong man, so she decides to teach him Judo. That’s time reporter Jo fall in love with her. Their moments are very less but I really like their cuteness.
Sibling Bonds:
Ha Kyung is the younger sister and manager of Ha Jin. When Ha Jin decides to become an actress she supports her and decides to always be around Ha Jin. Ha Kyung always wants to protect Ha Jin after the incident with Seo Yeon. Even though Ha Jin is elder with her still she behaves like a younger sister.
Friendship:
Their friendship reminds me of my friends every time. One of the best things in the world is the childhood friend with whom you share everything even your madness. Ha Jin and Seo Yoon are best friends since childhood, they both start practicing ballet together and do everything together. But one incident changes their life completely. Their friendship teaches me that misunderstanding is very harmful in the relationship. It will destroy your relationship and when you know that it will be too late.
Overall Thoughts on Find Me In Your Memory:
Find Me In Your Memory Korean drama is merely focused on the memories of lead actors where one person remembers every single detail of his life whereas other people forget her memories. Which one do you think is more pitiful. One thing that bothers me in Find Me In Your Memory is that where are Ha Jin’s parents. They keep saying that they live abroad, but whenever something bad happens to her. Her parents didn’t even bother to ask her, Is she okay? Is everything okay there? Do you need any help?… Nothing they didn’t even call her.
I have seen Moon Ka Young in Heartstrings where she played Yong Hwa’s sister’s role, and she was very young at that time, now she is in the main lead role in Find Me In Your Memory. Find Me In Your Memory is a light romance Korean drama and I don’t recommend it to all the people because some of you might find this drama a little boring.
